My Top Ten (6)

Painting #6 in a top ten favourites list. I adore Tunnicliffe. One of the most beautiful painters of birds ever. His design was impeccable, his light superb, but his ornithological detail astonishing. I love waders, particularly curlews, and there is lots of activity in the hills at the moment with them. Of all the paintings so far, this is THE one I'd like to own.
